We converted a disused steading into two 4* holiday cottages. The clients property was next to the conversion so we had to maintain a tidy environment throughout. The cottages were to be let upon completion, our clients however had a range of choices given throughout the build to put their stamp on them. These properties are heated by geothermal heatpumps and all associated work was also carried out by AGB. |

To consult with the client and propose a range of kitchen designs suitable to the property. Once the design was agreed we installed a new kitchen and downstairs cloakroom. The control was phased to leave the existing kitchen operational while installing the new one. Phase two included renovation of the existing kitchen into a new utility room. Benefits of this contract were using our experience we managed to make the clients house work better for them improving their living quality. |

Contract: Madderty, New Village Hall
We provided our client with the site servicing and civil infrastructure for the new community hall. Works included installation of a 2km pipe line to a watercourse and soakaway system. We also installed a sewage treatment plant and ancillary works. Works like foundations, concrete floor slabs, manhole construction were also carried out. Our final mark is left by the kerbing, monoblocking and gravelling that surrounds the new community hall. |

From receipt of the Architects drawings we fully constructed the house as designed. We offered our clients a multitude of choices throughout the build making them feel involved at each stage of the build. The design of the house was testing at times but we delivered a great end product. |
